Packed Picnic Packages

Any of our Packed Picnic Packages are available to book for your photography clients. These are great options for engagement sessions, family portraits, birthdays, and special occasions.

Please enjoy a discount on us for bringing business our way. It is much appreciated!

Share the code PHOTOG with your client to book any of our private Packed Picnic Packages for $20 off from the regular pricing.

*The discount code should only be used by photography clients. We will ask the client to identify which Photography Company they are working with at booking and this will be confirmed with the Photography Company.

Mini Session Photography Packages

All packages come with a complimentary set up for promotional images prior to the event date, in exchange for photo rights to use for Packed Picnic content. Contact us for availability and scheduling.

 

Classic Picnic Set ups

$150 - 4 hour rental

Whats included:

  • Location of your choice

  • Planning, Set Up, & Clean Up of the Styling

  • You choose the color palette and we create a customized set up that includes: picnic blanket, mini tables, pillows, and lanterns. A Bluetooth speaker is also provided.

Add on options Available at booking:

  • Additional Rental Time - $50/hour

*A booking date for will be reserved by paying the package amount in full.

 

Packed Picnic Set ups

$250 - 4 hour rental

Whats included:

  • Location of your choice

  • Planning, Set Up, & Clean Up of the Styling

  • You choose the decor style and we create a customized set up that includes: spacious picnic blanket, low table, decor, lanterns/lights, throw blankets, and pillows. A Bluetooth speaker is also provided.

Add on options Available at booking:

  • Additional Rental Time - $50/hour

*A booking date for will be reserved by paying the package amount in full.

 

The Works

$75/individual session (up to 1 hour per session)

*4 session minimun

Whats included:

  • Up to 8 hours of rental time

  • Location of your choice

  • Planning, Set Up, & Clean Up of the Styling

  • You choose the decor style and we create a custom set up that includes: spacious picnic blanket, low table, decor, lanterns/lights, throw blankets, and pillows. A Bluetooth speaker is also provided.

  • The Packed Picnic Company on location to sanitize and customize set up between sessions (schedule must include 20 minutes to sanitize and customize between sessions)

  • All Customizations available per session to enhance the set up experience : Charcuter-Me Boards, Sweet B Cakes, Beverages, & Enhancements.

  • Posts of our collaboration on our Website and Social Media Accounts, directing customers to your booking information.

*A booking date for will be reserved by putting down a deposit of $150. After details are finalized, an invoice will be sent for remaining total to be paid in full 72 hours before booking date.
